Yes! We provide free, one-hour consultations to help us understand your business and your business goals. We’ll then recommend a plan to best achieve those goals, including a detailed proposal. If you have a specific marketing budget, we’re happy to take that into account as well.

Yes, if required we can manage your marketing end-to-end, with minimal input from you. We’ll keep things simple, gather what we need upfront, then run with the plan while keeping you updated with clear reporting each month. The input we do need from you might look like answering a few questions from time to time, or even a quick meeting every couple of months. In our experience, we find that checking in somewhat regularly helps to make sure our work continues to align with your goals. In any case, having no input at all is not recommended, as this doesn’t help anyone!

No, we won’t lock you into anything you’re not comfortable with. You can amend or cancel your agreement with at any time, with just 30 days’ notice. We try to keep things flexible and transparent. After all, you stay with us because you want to, not because you’re trapped.
