Dubzz is a service-based business, that means we work for our clients to ensure they receive the best results from their online marketing strategy. Dubzz was originally started by Rachel Warrender in 2011, working from her kitchen table with a laptop. Four years later and Dubzz now employees five staff and has an office on a high-traffic intersection in the Rotorua CBD. Ensuring that our client’s are well served, receive the best results and are engaged with their online marketing are the reasons that Dubzz has become a successful business. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our clients and supporters who have enabled Dubzz to grow and thrive in the local economy.

Waiariki Institute of Technology Emerging Leader
Rachel is the leader of the Dubzz team and has been recognised as a finalist for the Emerging Leader category. Having taken Dubzz from her kitchen table to the CBD with an office and five staff, Rachel leads by example and mixes her role as Director with online marketing work, maintaining an important link with Dubzz’s clients. Outside of Dubzz, Rachel is a member of Rotary Rotorua Sunrise and is their 2015-2016 New Generations Director. Rachel has served as an Executive Board Member of the Rotorua Chamber of Commerce and as Board Member and Secretary for the Rotorua Property Investors Association.
Talent ID Employee of the Year
David is Dubzz’s nominee for Employee of the Year. David started out at Dubzz as an intern and now works closely with many of our regular monthly clients to ensure that they receive top quality results from their online marketing. David also has the distinction of being the only person in Rotorua to be Google Adwords Qualified. Not only does he work tirelessly in his role as an Online Marketing Consultant with Dubzz but he is an active member of Lake City Breakfast Toastmasters Club and SKAL Rotorua and is also a mentor with Big Brothers, Big Sisters Rotorua.
