Bay Energy Solutions is a home insulation supplier & installer, operating throughout the Bay of Plenty & Waikato regions. They wanted to connect with more potential customers online, and create an online presence that reflects their professional and high quality service.

Our Approach

Dubzz took over Bay Energy’s existing Google Ads account, and set up new search campaigns to target new potential customers in Rotorua & Tauranga. We then optimised these campaigns regularly to ensure Bay Energy would get the most value from their Google Ads budget. After speaking with Bay Energy Solutions, we decided that their website was also in need of a refresh, as its appearance and functionality were somewhat dated. Dubzz gave the website a fresh new look, and streamlined the existing content in order to improve user experience.

Results

When Dubzz took over Bay Energy’s Google Ads account, they were paying $11 for each click. In just two months of management and optimisation, the average cost per click was reduced to just $2.90.

Google Ads quickly became Bay Energy’s largest source of website visitors and enquiries. Following the reduction of cost per click, there were 98 enquiries made through the website in a single month.

Before the Bay Energy Solutions website was redesigned, 60% of all visitors left the site straight away, without clicking on anything. After Dubzz modernised and streamlined the site, this immediately dropped to 30%.
