Central City Quality Educare (CCQE) is a boutique daycare with two facilities in Central Rotorua. When they reached out to us, their website was dated, no longer reflected their business accurately, and was incompatible when viewed on mobile or tablets. These shortcomings were opportunities to improve their public profile, ensure their information was accurate and easily accessible for all users, and deliver a platform that would serve them well into the future.
Due to the number of changes required, Dubzz recommended a complete overhaul of the old website to replace it with a brand-new custom site with up-to-date software. Our priorities were to design a mobile-friendly interface, leverage clear calls to action in copywriting, and simplify the navigation structure reducing clicks required to access key resources and information.
Focusing on these three areas helped to show the right information in easily accessible ways, improve the quality of enquiries and provide a simple backend user experience for the internal CCQE team.
