The Challenge

Chemwash Wellington is a family-run business that has been operating out of Porirua for nearly 30 years. They offer exterior cleaning, carpet cleaning, pest control and commercial building cleaning throughout the wider Wellington region. They pride themselves on excellent service and results.

Chemwash Wellington approached Dubzz in 2016 because they were self-managing their website and Google Ads, but wanted to make more of their time and budget by getting specialised online marketing assistance.

Our Approach

Dubzz began work by performing a comprehensive Google Ads and website audit to identify how to best improve Chemwash Wellington’s online performance. From this audit, we put together an Online Marketing Strategy that prioritised specific tasks for improving their marketing results.

We began to see results straight away by re-structuring their Google Ads and applying some simple website updates to optimise performance. Over time, we implemented more complex user experience and content updates on the website, as well as setting up better conversion tracking to more accurately report on high-value leads. Meaningful conversion tracking allowed us to further optimise their Google Ads to target users who were most likely to become customers.

Nearly four years later, we are continuing to see improvements in online performance and better value for a significantly lower ad budget. During this time, we have redeveloped their website and promoted the Chemwash Wellington services in a variety of ways. Ongoing optimisation and monthly retainer hours mean that we can continue to improve value and identify new opportunities as they arise.
