Chemwash Waikato, Rotorua, and Taupo are independently owned and operated under the national Chemwash brand. They specialise in house washing and exterior cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Their low-pressure cleaning system allows them to provide great results, without the risks that come with abrasive water blasting. Chemwash approached Dubzz to help them attract more customers, secure more market share, encourage repeat work from existing clients, and ultimately, grow their business.

Our Approach

Since beginning our work with Chemwash Waikato, Rotorua, and Taupo back in 2016, we have gradually scaled up our approach over time to meet their needs. We started with Facebook Ads and Facebook Posts (now Meta) to increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty. We then added in Google Ads to get their website in front of the right people and bring in more leads. In 2018, we built two modern, fit-for-purpose websites, one for Rotorua & Taupo, and the other for Waikato. These were designed to make it as easy as possible for potential customers to learn more about Chemwash, and most importantly, to request a free quote. After seeing the success of these websites, we then built a third, standalone website for the Taupo region. Following the development of the new websites, we added Search Engine Optimisation to continually improve their search rankings and usability. In recent years, we began sending regular email campaigns, which have been very effective for building customer relationships and encouraging repeat business. We’ve been managing all of these services consistently every month ever since they were introduced.

Results

Over the first 10 years of working with Chemwash Waikato, Rotorua, and Taupo, we’ve seen consistent long-term growth, even through tough times like the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Post 2020, we have seen annual online quote requests increase by 75% over a five-year period (2021-2026).

In addition, we have seen increased brand recognition, more repeat work, and a higher average job value.

These results have strengthened their position as leaders in the local exterior cleaning market.
