Summary

Kiwi Educare Early Childcare Centre is based in Owhata, Rotorua, and uses the concept of Tuakana-Teina to create a supportive, fun, and safe learning environment. The centre came under new management in 2020 and underwent a full renovation of their facilities. Kiwi Educare sought a complete brand refresh to better reflect these major changes, and to encourage more families to enrol their tamariki at the centre.

Our Approach

Dubzz designed and developed a new, custom website for Kiwi Educare which serves as the focal point of their online presence, with important information about the centre, their approach to early childcare, and the team. To improve the SEO and visibility of the new site in Google, we wrote custom metadata and optimised their Google Business Profile. We also implemented Facebook and Google advertising strategies to increase awareness of the centre among their target audience, and to encourage new enrolments. In addition to advertising, we also developed testimonial templates, e-newsletter templates, and flyers advertising special rates for the Kiwi Educare team to post on social media and send out via email.

Results

This cohesive marketing strategy and custom website resulted in a stronger online presence and an influx of new enquiries and enrolments. The website is thoughtfully-designed and easy for parents to navigate. We implemented several contact points throughout the site (contact forms, click to call and click to email functionality) to make it easy for people to get in touch with the centre.

Across several months, the online ads serving across Facebook and Google increased awareness of the centre, reaching over 9,200 people in their target audience. This works out at a cost of only three cents per person reached.

Within the first three months of the new Kiwi Educare website going live, the centre received 56 enquiries, with many converting into new enrolments. This was the result of an integrated marketing strategy combining website design, email marketing, online advertising, and SEO.
