Māori Investments Limited have a brand-new website with a fresh design and improved content that they are proud of. In just the first month post-launch, the site attracted over 1,300 visits, with an impressive engagement rate of 69%.

With the new design and easy to navigate appearance MIL’s administration team have received a large number of queries from users wishing to know what they need to do in order to update their details, general enquiries and what they need to do to succeed, to missing shareholders who have in the past, remained missing for a number of years. It’s a great outcome for the team to know that their initial idea to redesign their website is working wonderfully. Monthly reports are generated from the website showcasing the number of views which has been very positive, this is a clear indication that the website is working, and more users are searching the site.
In terms of user friendliness for all ages, our shareholders, some of whom may not be so tech-savvy, are able to navigate through the kaumatua grant application page. Staff have received a large number of grant applications submitted through the website which is great to see. This reduces staff processing time as well as resource use by turning our shareholders to the website, it reduces the wait time in between transition for staff to answer their query and receiving their applications.
