The Challenge

The Glass Guys specialise in all types of glass installation and repairs. When they opened in 2016 the Glass Guys invested in Radio advertising promoting their new business and were concerned that their website was not appearing when people were searching online for their business or services.

Due to the nature of the industry, glass repairs are generally required with a sense of urgency, so it was crucial that the Glass Guys could be found in Google search results.

Our Approach

We set up Google search advertising campaigns to ensure the Glass Guys were appearing when anyone in their service area searched for any keywords relating to glass repair. We also set up specific campaigns to ensure the Glass Guys could be found not only for glass repairs but also for their other glass installation services. To date, we have seen great success with the campaigns, as they result in not just website visits, but also direct phone calls. Dubzz puts together a detailed report every month to show how many enquiries are generated by Google Ads, and for which keywords. Currently, the campaigns consistently generate 2-3 leads per day. The Results

Google Ads traffic has been crucial for The Glass Guys to ensure people are finding their website when looking for anything to do with glass! Over the last three years, 50% of The Glass Guys’ total website traffic has been generated by Google Ads, as well as generated consistent, quality enquiries.

By continually optimising the campaigns we have been able to provide great value for money by generating more visitors each year at a lower CPC.
